Additionally, CoQ10 supplements may benefit heart health by reducing stiffness in your arteries, lowering blood pressure, and preventing the build-up of oxidized cholesterol in your arteries.

When applied directly to the skin, CoQ10 can reduce sun damage and increase antioxidant protection.
