Many clients report seeing visible skin refinement and an even, radiant skin tone after just one treatment. The smooth results and hydration may last 5 to 7 days or even longer. We don’t believe in quick fixes, so one treatment per month is recommended for improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, oily and congested skin. Continued Hydrafacial treatments are highly recommended to maintain skin health results. 

For improved, longer lasting results, consider take-home products and monthly HydraFacial treatments.  

Your skin may experience temporary irritation, tightness, or redness. These are all normal reactions that typically resolve within 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity. You may experience tingling and stinging during the treatment area. These sensations generally subside within three hours of treatment. Client experiences may vary. Some people may experience a delayed onset of the previously mentioned symptoms. Contact us immediately if any unusual side effects occur or if symptoms worsen over time. 

You may put on makeup and return to your normal activities right after the treatment since there is no downtime. 

Initially, 3 treatments are recommended spaced 1-2 weeks apart, followed with 3 treatments at monthly intervals then every 3-6 months to maintain.

After receiving The Pink Treatment, the skin will be pink due to the natural inflammatory response. This subsides within 24-48 hours.

It is recommended to wait at least 12 hours before washing your face. Light makeup can be applied 24 hours post treatment. Patients should avoid using unsterile makeup sponges and brushes.

Tixel treatments can be delivered at different intensities and your experienced cosmetic therapists will work with you to ensure you are comfortable during the treatment. The treatment can be performed with or without anesthetic cream. We also aim to keep you cool during treatment with a hand fan and apply a cool mask afterwards. The heat afterward only lasts about 30 minutes to an hour, so its generally easy to manage. 

Tixel is a fractional heat treatment. It creates results as heat metabolises unhealthy cells and fibres, in-turn stimulating production of healthy new cells, creating new structure. The benefit of this is reduced pore size, reduced acne scarring, skin tightening and improvement in lines/wrinkles & skin texture. We also recommend this treatment for stretch marks and surgical scars.  

This will depend on the area being treated, but treatment is relatively quick to carry out, as the contact of heat with the skin is extremely brief. 

You can expect as little as 30mins for an Eye Tightening/Lifting Treatment to up to 1 hour or more for the Face, Neck and Decolletage Treatment, as this treatment requires precise focus its not to be rushed. 

Skin Tightening and Rejuvenation typically consists of 3 – 6 treatments depending on results you want and the condition of your skin to begin with. The great thing is that its less aggressive than chemical peels and laser there will be no down time and you will not need time away from work, which is a huge benefit. 

Results will be similar to medium chemical peel but without the recovery time. 

Hyper-Pigmentation, Melasma, Rosacea and Acne treatments are different client to client and is something your Age Amazingly Therapist will discuss with you in your consultation.  

 Your skin will be red and is likely to feel hot and tight following the treatment. Your skin may feel similar to sunburn for 1-6 hours after your treatment. This typically lasts for approx. 30mins up to 2 hours. All symptoms will pass by the next day.

Tixel is an innovative concept in skin rejuvenation that offers results equivalent to aggressive laser or deep peels, but with a much faster recovery time. This is a non-surgical method of skin tightening and is effective and safe to use for fine lines and lifting around the eyes. TIxel uses a heated plate to deliver the exact amount of heat to the surface of the skin quickly, without damaging deeper skin tissues. 

 This is unlike any other Heat Treatment, the results we are seeing are equivalent to what occurs in much more aggressive treatments that have a longer downtime. 

Tixel can also be used at low settings and topical treatments can be applied for better penetration and efficacy. This is effective in treating acne, pigmentation, and rosacea.
