Meet the Angels
Dr Stacey Waugh (MBBS, FRACGP)
Dr. Stacey Waugh is a General Practitioner with a special interest in Integrative Medicine. Over the past 10 years, she has completed further studies with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), expanding her knowledge in areas including women’s health, thyroid and adrenal function, gut health, mental health, neuroinflammatory conditions, immune function, cardiometabolic health, and herbal medicine. Dr. Waugh’s areas of interest also include men’s hormonal health, providing support for changes that can occur across different stages of life.
With more than 30 years’ experience working as a GP across Townsville and Cairns, Dr. Waugh brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her patients. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals through a whole-person approach, recognising the connections between physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Waugh enjoys staying active and can often be found at her local gym. She believes that by maintaining strength in both body and mind, people can build resilience to better navigate life’s challenges and appreciate the present moment.
Her guiding philosophy reflects the principle of “Carpe Diem” – seize the day – with a focus on living fully and supporting patients in their journey toward optimal health.

Known for her gentle approach and in-depth knowledge, Melinda loves creating natural, long-lasting results that help her clients feel confident and refreshed.
