This policy outlines your rights and obligations when purchasing from our online store, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for products that are faulty or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or general dissatisfaction.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at admin@ageamazingly.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return, we require:
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
- A clear description and photographic evidence of the fault
Once the return is approved, you may choose between a replacement or store credit as per Australian Consumer Law.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the product is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the courier service. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
